We are going to our ward th...Speaking to my heart. We are going to our ward thing on Wednesday, but that will be the extent of it. When I was growing up we had a movie/candy-eating night a few days after Halloween (usually the following Friday night) and we could gorge ourselves on as much candy as we wanted...and then the next morning it disappeared! That has become our family tradition. I really hate what Halloween has turned into. It's so commercial (store-bought as opposed to creative costumes) and greedy. Not that I loved Halloween before, but it's becoming less and less a "holiday" I can get behind. Yesterday one of my younger kids asked me what we were celebrating.
